fino data services is seeking an experienced freelance Graphic & Motion Designer for ongoing, project-based collaboration. You will work independently on deliverables and bring your own creative and professional approach to the work.

You will handle motion design, graphic design, and multilingual assets (German and English; Italian/Spanish content may follow as subtitles or voice-over). Collaboration may be remote; you set your own hours and workflows to suit project needs.

Qualifikationen

• Proven professional expertise in graphic design, motion design or visual storytelling.
• Portfolio/showreel demonstrating quality across formats.
• Ability to translate marketing objectives into visual concepts.
• Experience with AI-assisted creative workflows.
• Fluent German and English; Italian/Spanish subtitling may be required.
• Independent project management and reliable delivery.
• Flexible to changing project requirements and priorities.

We are looking for an experienced freelance Graphic & Motion Designer (all genders) for an ongoing, project-based collaboration. You will work independently on agreed deliverables and projects and bring your own creative and professional approach to the work.

We are looking for an experienced freelance Graphic & Motion Designer (all genders) for an ongoing, project-based collaboration. You will work independently on agreed deliverables and projects and bring your own creative and professional approach to the work.

Tasks

• Motion design: Create explainer videos, product demos, social formats and other moving-image content from concept and storyboard through to the finished cut.
• Graphic design: Develop ad creatives, landing-page visuals, sales documents, presentations and partner materials.
• Visual concepts: Translate marketing objectives, product information and campaign ideas into clear, compelling visual concepts.
• Multilingual assets: Adapt and prepare content in German and English; from Q4 onwards, selected projects may also include Italian and Spanish content, primarily through subtitles and voice-over.
• AI-assisted production: Use AI tools where they add genuine value to creative development, design and production, and contribute ideas for efficient new workflows.
• Independent project delivery: Plan and execute agreed assignments independently, coordinate deliverables and communicate proactively about progress, dependencies and deadlines.

Requirements

• Relevant expertise: Demonstrated professional expertise in graphic design, motion design, visual communication or a comparable field.
• Portfolio: A portfolio or showreel that demonstrates the quality and relevance of your graphic design, motion design and visual storytelling work.
• Motion design: Demonstrated ability to create explainer videos, product demos, social content or comparable formats from concept through to final production.
• Graphic design: Strong skills in layout, typography, composition and visual hierarchy across digital and presentation formats.
• Relevant training or equivalent expertise: Relevant education, vocational training, professional training or equivalent practical expertise in graphic, communication, media or design is welcome.
• What matters most is demonstrable professional capability and the quality of your work.
• AI-assisted production: Practical experience using AI tools in creative workflows and the ability to demonstrate how they have improved, accelerated or expanded your creative production.
• Language skills: Ability to work confidently with German- and English-language source material. German copywriting is not part of the role.
• Independent project work: Ability to organize and execute agreed projects and deliverables independently, reliably and professionally.
• Project flexibility: Ability to respond professionally to changing project requirements and priorities within agreed assignments.
• Quality and delivery: Ability to deliver consistently high-quality work within agreed project timelines.

This is a freelance collaboration, not an employment position.

• Projects, deliverables, deadlines and fees are agreed individually.
• You organize your own working hours, location and workflow independently.
• You use your own professional methods, tools and equipment unless otherwise agreed for a specific project.
• We provide the relevant project context, objectives, assets and feedback needed to achieve the agreed deliverables.
• You remain responsible for how you organize and execute the agreed work.
• There is no requirement for permanent availability or fixed working hours.
• Collaboration may take place remotely and, where useful for a project, in direct coordination with our marketing team.
• The scope and duration of individual assignments may vary depending on project requirements.
