Zusammenfassung

Carbon13 is seeking a generalist to help build Fermeta in a fast-paced startup. You’ll contribute across strategy, operations, finance, fundraising, and grants where the company needs you most.

Work directly with the CEO on fundraising and KPIs, own operations and special projects, and tackle market research, GTM support, finance modeling, and project management. You’ll build lightweight processes to help a small team punch above its weight.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in a demanding, high-ownership environment (startup, consulting, VC, or founding your own venture).
• Structured thinker who is also willing to do the unglamorous work.
• Strong communication and financial literacy.
• Fluent English (German a plus).
