MPL in Hamburg seeks a proactive Operations team member to join our forwarder team. You’ll own the full journey: bookings, transport, documentation, and import/export file follow-up. You keep shipments moving and inform customers from first booking to final billing. Balancing the big picture with precision and purpose is what you’ll do.

You’ll thrive on autonomy, agility and a hands-on attitude in a dynamic, international environment where we push for excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in forwarding (import & export) and knowledge of transport regulations.
• Hazardous goods certification is a plus.
• Ability to handle forwarding documents with ease.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• High integrity, positivity and proactive attitude.

Job Requirements
