vintrica.com is seeking a skilled Flutter Mobile Developer to join our Augsburg team. You will design, build, and maintain cross‑platform features used by millions of users, delivering high-quality apps on iOS and Android.

You will own feature development end-to-end, collaborate with UX/UI designers, and work in an agile environment using modern tooling and AI-assisted workflows. English is required; German language skills are not necessary. This is a full-time on-site role in Augsburg.

Tasks

• As a member of our Flutter product development team, you will design, develop, and enhance features for our smartphone app, which is used by over a million users worldwide and available on both the App Store and Google Play Store.
• You’ll take full ownership of feature development and ongoing maintenance, ensuring long-term code quality, performance, and stability across the app.
• You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies and agile methodologies, playing an active role in shaping our product vision and technology strategy.
• You’ll collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces and ensure a seamless user experience.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in developing cross-platform apps using Flutter for both Android and iOS.
• Proven experience working on medium to large-scale projects, handling production-level app complexity, scale, and performance.
• Experience with AI-driven development workflows and tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex to streamline coding, refactoring, and testing is a plus.
• Passionate about creating high-quality, complex applications within agile development teams.
• Solid understanding of web technologies such as REST, JSON, and HTTP.
• Proficient in object-oriented programming and familiar with design patterns and version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively. Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset, thriving in a team environment.
• We communicate in English; German language skills are not required.
