Zusammenfassung

Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) is seeking Flight Test Engineers to join our on-site teams in Germany. Locations include Manching, Donauwörth, Finkenwerder and other sites across the country.

Prepare and execute avionics ground and flight tests for Airbus projects, analyse test data, and collaborate with design, development and test teams to improve test tools and processes. English B2+ and German knowledge are a strong plus; relocation and language training are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or related field.
• Experience with FPGA development and design tools.

• Prepare and execute avionics ground and flight tests, including test programs and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze on-aircraft test data, reporting results and deviations.
• Support the development and optimization of test data analysis tools.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate closely with design, development and test teams across Airbus Defence and Space.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or a related field.
• Experience with FPGA development and design tools (any tech background is welcome!)
• English B2+ / German knowledge is a strong plus.
• Motivation to grow in flight test instrumentation and safety‑critical environments.
