Newcastle Building Society in the North East is creating a Financial Promotions Manager role reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer. You will sign off all financial promotions to ensure they are clear, fair, and not misleading, while guiding the marketing team on regulatory requirements.

We are in a hugely exciting phase of our growth with huge ambition for the future. And this newly created Financial Promotions Manager role will play a key part in helping us achieve this. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer you will have responsibility for sign off all financial promotions making sure they are clear, fair and not misleading. Proactively facilitating the marketing team to understand the current regulatory requirements, keeping abreast of regulatory framework changes, competitor landscape and playing a key part in shaping the Society's approach. There is an opportunity to shape this role and optimise the financial promotions process.
We are looking for candidates who will bring their passion, expertise, experience and skills to transform our capability and performance. You will be a fast starter with previous experience of financial promotions, and drive positive challenge to make sure our communications are compliant but also meet commercial goals and customer needs. You will have excellent influencing skills and be able to manage stakeholders at all levels to secure buy-in and approval.
