Zusammenfassung

Limehome GmbH is seeking a highly driven FP&A Lead to strengthen our planning, reporting and business partnering capabilities as we scale. You will lead a small FP&A team and directly report to the VP Finance, turning financial data into steering-relevant insights and owning core reporting deliverables.

You will drive annual budgeting, monthly reporting cycles, board reporting, and robust analytics while partnering with stakeholders and automating processes with BI tools.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or a comparable analytical finance role.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience leading, coaching or mentoring team members.
• Ability to work strategically while hands-on in day-to-day operations.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and key steering metrics.
• Hands-on experience with reporting, BI or EPM tools.
• Structured, ownership-driven working style and reliability.
• Strong collaboration and communication across stakeholders.
• Excellent command of English; German is a plus.

We are seeking a highly driven and analytically strong FP&A Lead (m/f/d) to join our Finance team at Limehome. Directly reporting to the VP Finance, you will lead and develop a small FP&A team while strengthening our planning, reporting and business partnering capabilities as we continue to scale. You will help turn financial data into steering-relevant insights, take ownership of core reporting deliverables, and build the capacity for robust budgeting and performance management - in a business where timely, high-quality reporting is business-critical.

FP&A function lead and development

• Own, develop and professionalize the FP&A function towards best in class

• Lead, coach and develop a small team of currently one, setting clear priorities and ensuring quality and consistency of deliverables

• Act as a role model and escalation point for complex analytical and reporting topics, supporting the team's professional growth

Reporting & Investor Relations

• Be responsible for recurring management and investor reporting deliverables, ensuring they are accurate, insightful, and timely

• Own monthly reporting cycles and safeguard on‑time delivery of reporting commitments

• Prepare and continuously improve board and investor/lender reporting packages

Planning, Budgeting & Analysis

• Own, run and develop the annual budgeting and forecasting process

• Manage and analyze consolidated cash flow forecasts from a bottoms‑up perspective, deepening understanding of actual performance and enabling informed liquidity planning

• Build and maintain robust property‑level and business‑line analysis to enable better steering and decision‑making

• Develop and maintain financial models, variance analyses and ad‑hoc analyses for leadership

Business Partnering, Team Leadership & Continuous Improvement

• Act as an effective and collaborative finance business partner to relevant stakeholders across the organization, translating numbers into actionable insight

• Work closely with Finance Systems & Automation and the BI team to automate reporting and reduce reliance on manual spreadsheets and dashboards

• Continuously challenge the status quo and take action to develop and ensure relevance, accuracy and scalability of FP&A deliverables and processes

What you need to shoot for the stars:

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, controlling, transaction services, investment banking or a comparable analytical finance role, ideally in a fast‑paced, scaling environment

• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, paired with attention to detail, process thinking and an ability to apply pragmatism

• Prior experience leading, coaching or mentoring team members, with the ability to set priorities, delegate effectively and review others' work

• Ability and willingness to work both strategically towards developing the function and the business as well as to work hands‑on in day‑to‑day operations

• Solid understanding of financial statements and key steering metrics

• Hands‑on experience with reporting, BI or EPM tools; comfort working with large data sets and a drive to automate manual work

• A structured, ownership‑driven working style and the ability to operate independently and deliver reliably

• Strong collaboration and communication skills across internal and external stakeholders

• Excellent command of English (business fluent); German is a plus
