Glovo is seeking a Finance Process Excellence Manager in Berlin to design, standardize and optimize core finance processes across O2C, I2P, R2R, and Master Data Management. You will lead a high-performing team, drive efficiency and lay the foundation for automation and digital transformation initiatives.

You will establish governance, identify bottlenecks, and develop roadmaps aligned with the Finance Transformation strategy, while overseeing data governance and ERP system integration.

Qualifikationen

• 5-7 years experience in finance process management, operational improvement, or business transformation.
• Direct management experience with 3+ team members; track record of developing talent.
• Hands-on experience redesigning/optimizing P2P, R2R, O2C, or similar finance processes.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft), process intelligence (Celonis), process automation tools, and data governance.
• Strategic & analytical mindset; able to think systemically about process design while executing tactically.
• Experience with lean/six sigma or continuous improvement frameworks.

As our Finance Process Excellence Manager, you are responsible for designing, standardizing, and optimizing core finance processes across Order-to-Cash (O2C), Invoice-to-Pay (I2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Master Data Management. You will lead a high-performing team, drive operational efficiency, and lay the foundation for automation and digital transformation initiatives.

• Establish process standards, best practices, and governance frameworks across the finance organization.
• Identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies; develop targeted improvement roadmaps aligned with Finance Transformation strategy.
• Build a high-performing team culture focused on ownership, innovation, and operational excellence (currently 5-7 direct reports).
• Oversee master data management strategy (customer, vendor, chart of accounts, etc.).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives; measure and report on process KPIs (touchless ratio, cost, quality, headcount impact).

Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• 5-7 years of experience in finance process management, operational improvement, or business transformation (Big 4, consulting, corporate finance, or similar).
• Proven team leadership: Direct management experience with 3+ team members; track record of developing talent.
• Deep process expertise: Hands-on experience redesigning/optimizing P2P, R2R, O2C, or similar finance processes.
• Systems & technology fluency: Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft), process intelligence (Celonis), process automation tools, and data governance.
• Strategic & analytical mindset: Ability to think systemically about process design while executing tactically; comfortable with ambiguity and change.
• Experience with lean/six sigma methodologies or continuous improvement frameworks.
