voize is building AI companions to automate digital workflows for frontline workers and is scaling internationally. We are seeking a Finance professional to own budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, connecting systems and automating workflows to build a modern Finance function.

You will drive financial planning, performance analysis, and month-end close, turning numbers into clear recommendations and supporting strategic decisions in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifikationen

• 4-7 years of hands-on experience in Finance, FP&A, Controlling, or Accounting.
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking with ability to turn numbers into clear recommendations.
• Hands-on experience with AI automation and modern finance systems tools.

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting with clear insights.
