Zusammenfassung

DXC-Luxoft is expanding its automotive engineering team to develop and test next-generation telecom solutions for vehicle platforms. The role involves hands-on testing of network access devices and collaboration with international teams on cutting-edge mobility projects.

Candidates should have 1+ year of testing experience, be willing to travel (~2 weeks per month), and ideally hold VW project exposure. German language is a strong plus for the team in Germany.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of testing experience in related telecom environments.
• Willingness to travel extensively (roughly 2 weeks per month).
• Current passport and visa eligibility for international travel as required.
• Provisional or long-term driver's license with prototype driving potential.
• Hands-on experience in mobile telecom testing across 2G–5G, including data and signaling flows.
• Familiarity with IP-based server–client communication and protocol-level data exchange.
• Prior involvement in VW automotive projects is a plus.
• German language skills are a strong advantage.

Skills

Must have

• Testing experience (> 1 year)
• Willingness to travel for continuous time (ballpark 2 weeks/month)
• Easy to travel passport or relevant Visa (HKG, TWN, SGP, MYS, KOR, JPN, AUS, NZL, ZAF, MEX, CAN, USA, BRA)
• Driver's License (prototype license required in the long run)
• Good hands‑on experience in Mobile Telecommunication Technology User Device Field Testing (2G‑5G, NW/PDP Attach, APN, IMS, VoLTE, SIP‑Invite, SIP‑Info, Caller ID, Call Waiting, SIM Provisioning)
• Good hands‑on experience in IP based Server‑Client communication (concept data packet communication on protocol level is understood)
• Experience in VW projects
• German language would be a huge plus
