Feature Owner - Entire Vehicle Development Electrical / Electronic

We provide modern complete vehicle E/E architectures, seamless integration between software and hardware, as well as testing and validation of customer functions. Our primary goal is to improve the quality of our customers' products and ensure that they can be updated in the future.

We are looking for new team colleagues for our projects at our Munich location. You can also work hybrid in this role.

YOUR TASKS

• Contribute to the development and delivery of vehicle level customer features with focus on Electrical/Electronic
• Take end to end ownership of multiple vehicle level customer features
• Manage and steer multiple Design Release Engineers and Cross Functional Teams to define the features and get them implemented across different domains
• Review, create and maintain system level requirements
• Leverage UML and SysML to create diagrams (Boundary Interaction Diagrams, Use Case Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Stateflow Diagrams) and create/maintain logical function architecture and activity chains related to the owned customer features
• Experience with UML/SysML languages and tools (e.g., Vector PREEvision) is preferable
• Review the realization of those features on communication, diagnostics, hardware and software levels
• Support the definition of validation activities, review validation results and drive issue resolution internally and with suppliers
• Identify gaps in cross-domain feature implementation, propose improvements and drive their implementation. Support discussions with suppliers as needed
• Ensure compliance with market-specific requirements and regulations (e.g., Europe, North America, Middle East)
• Ensure that launch quality is robust over lifetime and fulfills customer expectations

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed studies in a technical field
• Several years of experience with Functional Safety and Cyber Security is preferable
• Well-developed conceptual skills and the ability to understand complex systems to develop creative and successful technical solutions
• Analytical and self-directed work style, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
• Continuous willingness to learn and curiosity for future architecture generations (e.g., service-oriented architectures) and use of new technologies (e.g., Ethernet)
• Very good English language skills. German is preferable
