Qualifikationen

• Degree in computer science or equivalent with relevant professional experience.
• Fluent English in writing and speaking.
• Strong Linux knowledge, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux (Shell programming, software packaging, system administration)
• Experience with software testing, release management, and system installations
• Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues
• German language skills
• Experience at the interface between development, support, and operations
• Ability to travel ≤10% of the time and partial home office possible

Aufgaben

• Integrate third-party and internal software components, ensuring overall system stability, compatibility, and performance.
• Plan and execute integration, regression, and release testing; coordinate and manage software releases.
• Provide Level 3 support by troubleshooting complex issues and performing root cause analysis in collaboration with teams.
• Act as the technical interface between support/operations and development, guiding design and integration of system components.
• Oversee system installations, updates, and configurations, ensuring traceability and consistent environments.
• Create and maintain documentation, share knowledge, and support onboarding and enablement of support teams
