PwC Deutschland is seeking an Expert SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Engagement Management (f/m/d) in our Business Services division, starting March 2026. You will oversee engagement management processes in S/4HANA Public Cloud, ensuring standard alignment and industry fit.

We are looking for a Expert SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Engagement Management (f/m/d) to join our Business Services division starting from March 2026.

Your responsibilities

Responsibility – You will be part of the Products & Technology team and will assume technical responsibility for the engagement management processes in the S/4HANA Public Cloud solution, ensuring a solution that is close to standard functions and industry requirements.
Guidelines – You will define guidelines, standards, and the solution architecture for EM to ensure that they are in line with our future system landscape. In addition, you will evaluate S/4 HANA Public Cloud innovations and support continuous improvement.
Integration – You will ensure the provision and maintenance of SAP S/4 HANA-based processes and solutions within the EM area, as well as their end-to-end integration. In addition, you will support Level 3 support and root cause analysis within S/4HANA Cloud, x-BOS solutions, and technical integration.
Innovations – You evaluate and implement cloud innovations that can bring improvements through technologies such as RPA and ML.

Your profile

• You have completed your studies in (business) information technology, economics, or a comparable degree program.
• You have several years of experience in SAP engagement management, e.g., in sales/opportunity/project management. Ideally, you have initial experience with S/4HANA Public Cloud and implementation in a multi-tenant/public cloud environment.
• In addition, you ideally have knowledge of SSCUI configuration for engagement management, including sales, material master, pricing, CPM, and EPPM.
• You are fluent in English and German both spoken and written.
• Your analytical, independent, and structured approach to work supports you defining guidelines. Furthermore, your communication enables effective collaboration with various teams.
