Live! Casino & Hotel seeks an Executive Host to create personalized experiences for premium guests, driving revenue and loyalty on the casino floor. You will build lasting relationships, understand guest preferences, and deliver tailored service to enhance guest satisfaction and retention.

The role requires strong leadership, hospitality expertise, and the ability to coordinate across departments in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest service standards.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High school Diploma or GED; a four-year degree in Marketing/Business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: 2–5 years in customer service, marketing, hospitality management and/or gaming.
• 2–4 years’ experience in casino marketing with direct customer contact.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.

• Coordinates, and implements player promotional plans, processes, and programs.
• Review activities and promotional status with the Director/Vice President of Player Development.
• Meet with departmental director and managers as necessary.
• Supervise Casino Hosts.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• Education:
  • High school Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • A four (4) year degree in Marketing, Business, and or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience:
  • Two (2) to Five (5) years of experience in customer service, marketing, hospitality management and/or gaming.
  • Two (2) to four (4) years’ experience in casino marketing, with direct customer contact preferably in the casino or hospitability industry.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing.
