Celonis is seeking an Executive Briefing & Solutions Strategy Lead (EBC) to shape how top executives experience Celonis. You will pioneer AI‑native, multisensory briefings, own the showcases, speaker sessions, and a living catalog, coordinating with sales, product marketing, and the executive team to ensure experiences align with business challenges at the C‑level.

The Celonis Executive Briefing Center (EBC) runs the most important conversations we have with our customers. We bring C-suite decision-makers together with Celonis leaders and experts for tailored, high-impact briefings that move strategic deals forward and deepen relationships with our most important stakeholders. The Role:

As the EBC Lead, you design the future of how the world’s top executives experience Celonis. You pioneer AI-native, multisensory briefings that turn complex process intelligence into stories leaders can see, touch, and explore in real time. You own the creative vision for our showcases, speaker sessions, and living catalog, pushing each one to the frontier of what’s possible with generative AI, interactive data visualization, and spatial technology. Working closely with sales leadership, product marketing, and the executive team, you make sure every experience is both unmistakably next-generation and translated directly to the business challenges and goals of the C-level leaders in the room.

The work you’ll do:

Executive Experience Design & Storytelling

• C-Suite Narrative: Craft high-impact, tailored executive narratives that translate complex process intelligence directly into the business goals of visiting C-level leaders.


• AI-Assisted Personalization: Leverage AI tools to adapt briefing narratives in real time to the visiting executive’s industry, business data, and strategic priorities.


• Immersive Experience Strategy: Set the executive vision for presentations, messaging frameworks, and multimedia experiences—directing external creative & tech agencies to bring them to life.

Agenda Architecture & Living Catalog Ownership

• Narrative Architecture: Design high-stakes briefing agendas that flow as one seamless, cinematic story arc across all executive sessions.


• Living Catalog: Own and continuously update an adaptive content catalog that evolves with Celonis product launches and GTM strategy, retiring stale formats and prototyping new ones.

Showcase Innovation & Agency Partnerships

• Multisensory Showcases: Drive the vision for interactive and spatial experiences (AR/VR, live data visualization) that let executives explore their own process data hands‑on.


• Agency & Ecosystem Steering: Partner directly with design agencies, creative technologists, and internal product marketing teams to prototype, test, and deploy flawless next‑generation showcases.

Executive Enablement & Business Impact

• Speaker Alignment: Work directly with Celonis executives and subject‑matter experts to shape their session narratives and align messaging with briefing goals.


• Pipeline Impact: Track briefing feedback and engagement, tying executive experiences directly to deal velocity and measurable pipeline growth.

The qualifications you need:

• 6+ years of experience: leading high‑impact B2B projectsacross strategic consulting, advisory, product marketing, executive communications, experience design, or content strategy.


• Cross‑functional Project lead: Skilled at project management and driving alignment across sales leadership, product teams, and executive stakeholders without direct authority.


• Proven track record with C‑suite audiences: Hands‑on experience designing and running high‑stakes executive briefings, C‑level workshops, or immersive executive events.


• Storytelling & agency steering: Exceptional ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives, with the ability to direct creative agencies to bring those concepts to life through immersive media.


• Tech & AI fluency: Strong affinity for emerging tech and fluent with Generative AI tools—using them to personalize, accelerate, and elevate experiences, not just to draft text.


• Business acumen: Solid grasp of enterprise buyer personas, customer business challenges, and how executive experiences support the overall deal cycle.
