Zusammenfassung

Qualifikationen

About the role

The EU Operations Director is responsible for leading the strategic and operational delivery of designated global client accounts across Europe. Serving as the senior executive point of contact for key stakeholders, the role drives operational excellence, sustainable growth, customer satisfaction, profitability, and transformation across the portfolio. Working closely with country leadership, global account teams, and client executives, the role provides strategic direction, governance, and leadership to ensure the successful execution of account strategies, achievement of contractual commitments, and delivery of long-term business objectives.

What you’ll be doing
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders, including Procurement, HR, Operations, and Executive Leadership.
  • Act as executive sponsor and escalation point for allocated global accounts.
  • Drive achievement of contractual KPIs, SLAs, and customer commitments.
  • Own regional P&L performance, profitability, forecasting, and budget management.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to client objectives and business growth ambitions.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth, market share expansion, and service innovation.
  • Lead digital transformation and adoption of technology-enabled solutions.
  • Ensure effective governance, compliance, risk management, and operational controls.
  • Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership capability development.
  • Champion employee engagement, retention, diversity, inclusion, and high-performance culture.
  • Oversee candidate attraction strategies and continuous improvement of candidate experience and NPS.
  • Lead implementation of new programs, service expansions, and client transformations.
