Zusammenfassung

Enpal is seeking an ERP Process Architect to own the end-to-end Supply Chain Execution design, ensuring seamless inventory, inbound/outbound logistics, and warehouse operations. You will define AI agents' intents, guardrails, and serial-tracking governance across multi-site movements, while aligning with cost posting and ERP rules.

You will collaborate with Logistics, Warehouse, Operations, and Technology to drive a data-driven, AI-native delivery model in Berlin and beyond.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Process Architect, Supply Chain Consultant or similar in ERP environments.
• Deep expertise in SCE processes: inbound, warehouse, outbound, 3PL integration and returns.
• Hands-on experience with D365 F&O (ERP) in Warehouse & Inventory modules.
• Strong understanding of inventory-to-cost recognition and ERP posting logic.
• Experience with serial number tracking and governance across multi-site settings.
• Comfort designing and validating agent tasks in an AI-native delivery model.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and 3PL integrations is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management across Logistics, Warehouse, Operations and partners.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

• Own serial number tracking governance across all inventory movements, including 3PL and transfers.
• Write and own BRDs for SCE initiatives—structured, evidence-based for clean-core D365 implementation.
• Monitor stock accuracy, on-time delivery, and fulfillment lead time; identify deviations.
• Act as go-to process expert in cross-functional projects and new business onboarding.

What you’ll do

Enpal is building the next generation of its ERP landscape, moving from traditional D365 F&O workflows toward an AI-driven operating model where agents track inventory, route logistics, and trigger cost postings autonomously. The vision: a supply chain execution process where no physical movement happens without a system movement, enforced by design, not by manual effort.

As ERP Process Architect SCE, you are the Business Intent Owner for the Supply Chain Execution domain. You own the end-to-end process design for inventory management, inbound and outbound logistics, warehouse operations, 3PL integration, and returns and you define what AI agents in the SCE squad should execute, escalate, and flag for human approval. You work closely with Logistics, Warehouse, Operations, and Technology, and sit at the center of Enpal's physical goods transformation.

PROCESS OWNERSHIP & AGENTIC DESIGN

• Own the full SCE process design: inbound receiving and putaway, inventory management, picking, packing, staging, outbound, carrier handover, returns, and warehouse transfers

• Define outcome-oriented business intents for AI agents operating in the SCE domain — Inventory Agents, Logistics Agents, Carrier Selection Agents — specifying what they execute, what they escalate, and what requires human approval

• Define and enforce the principle: no physical movement without a system movement — and design the process guardrails that make this enforceable at agent level

• Own serial number tracking governance: ensure serial number capture is enforced across all inventory movements, including 3PL and warehouse transfers, and that ERP is the leading system for serial relevance

COST RECOGNITION & FINANCIAL INTEGRITY

• Ensure all physical goods movements trigger the correct and timely COGS posting in D365 F&O across all business lines — and define the agent logic that automates this

• Drive virtual warehouse governance: identify and resolve balance accumulations that bypass cost recognition; establish clear rules for usage and posting logic

• Identify warehouses and logistics flows operating without system-based stock tracking and define the path to full coverage

GAP ANALYSIS & INITIATIVE MANAGEMENT

• Identify process gaps, root causes, and inefficiencies across supply chain execution; translate findings into structured, prioritized ERP initiatives

• Write and own Business Requirements Documents for SCE initiatives — structured, evidence-based, and designed for clean-core D365 implementation

• Monitor operational performance and proactively identify deviations in stock accuracy, on-time delivery, and fulfillment lead time

• Act as the go-to process expert in cross-functional projects, system changes, and new business line onboarding

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience as a Process Architect, Supply Chain Consultant, or similar role owning end-to-end supply chain execution process design in an ERP environment

• Deep expertise in supply chain execution processes: inbound, warehouse management, outbound, third-party logistics integration, and returns

• Hands-on experience with D365 F&O (or a comparable ERP system), ideally in Warehouse Management and Inventory Management modules

• Strong understanding of inventory-to-cost recognition and financial posting logic in ERP

• Experience with serial number tracking and warehouse governance in complex, multi-site environments

• Openness to working in an AI-native delivery model — you are comfortable defining what agents should do and validating that they do it correctly

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and third-party logistics integrations is a plus

• Strong stakeholder management skills across Logistics, Warehouse, Operations, and external logistics partners

• Fluent in English; German is a plus
