Zusammenfassung

Prominence is seeking a senior Epic BI Developer to guide a Cogito cloud migration. You will lead the migration of Cogito data models (Caboodle and Clarity) from on-premise to the cloud with Azure, validate data integrity and report parity, and mentor client teams in Cogito reporting tools and new cloud workflows.

You will design reports and dashboards, optimize SQL, and collaborate across BI, infrastructure, and customer teams to deliver measurable results.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience as a BI developer.
• Hands-on experience with Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer, and RW SQL.
• Experience migrating Epic Cogito/Caboodle/Clarity to a cloud platform (Azure preferred).
• Active Cogito Data Model and Cogito Tools certifications.
• Strong SQL development and cloud data warehouse skills.

• Mentor customers to up-level their system knowledge and analyst skills on Cogito reporting tools and the new cloud environment.
• Analyze operational and business requirements and translate them into system configuration and cloud data architecture decisions.
• Create build documentation, data flow diagrams, and migration runbooks.
• Track and resolve project risks and issues, including migration-specific risks (data loss, downtime, report cutover).
• Lead meetings and participate in ongoing work-product coordination across BI, infrastructure, and customer teams.
• Transparently report on project status, migration milestones, and deliverables.
• Develop robust knowledge transfer documentation to hand off the migrated environment and reporting suite to customer teams.
• Additional duties as may be required to successfully deliver the migration project.
• May be invited to participate in corporate functions, events, and meetings.

Your Role

Our consultants guide our customers through complex technology requirements to summit the challenge at hand. You will need to be able to create order out of chaos, and compile ambiguous information into tactical action plans.

As a member of our Epic Consulting team, you’ll work closely with our customers to implement and optimize their Epic workflows. In addition to your Epic project work, you will help mentor and grow our customer’s teams, expand the skillsets for reporting, etc.

Key Responsibilities

Desired Qualifications

• Active Certification(s): Cogito Data Model, Cogito Tools
• Hands-on experience with Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer, and RW SQL
• Experience migrating Epic Cogito/Caboodle/Clarity environments to a cloud platform (Azure preferred)
• 5+ years of experience as a BI developer
• Strong SQL development skills, including performance tuning in cloud data warehouse environments
• Epic implementation and optimization experience
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure concepts (cost management, security/compliance for PHI in the cloud, environment provisioning) a plus
• Demonstrated ability to deliver successful projects remotely

  Hours Worked

This is a Full Time,40 hourper week position.

This role is part of our active pipeline for upcoming client engagements and is contingent on project availability, with timing aligned to client demand.
