Zusammenfassung

Finom is seeking an Enterprise Risk & Reporting Lead to build and run its risk function across Europe. The role will identify, assess, monitor, and report key risks in a forward-looking, consistent way while remaining hands-on at first.

As the company scales, the position will transition into a leadership role overseeing a growing function. Flexible remote or hybrid work across Europe is offered, with stock options and participation in the Work & Swim Program in Cyprus.

Qualifikationen

• 6-10+ years of enterprise risk management experience in a regulated financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise risk frameworks, including RCSA, stress testing and ICAAP.
• Professional certifications such as CFA are strongly preferred.
