Entasis Partners is seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect to lead end-to-end enterprise architecture for our German clients. You will own the target state, govern key decisions, and ensure business value is realized beyond diagrams.

You will apply TOGAF governance in complex environments, shape AI and automation strategies, and advise C‑level stakeholders across pharma and manufacturing. Fluent German and English are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifikationen

• TOGAF knowledge and governance experience.
• Proven leadership in large transformations with pre-sales to delivery.

A global enterprise software vendor with a professional services practice delivering large-scale transformation and architecture programmes. The German team is lean today, so this is a build and lead role: take the reins on the German market rather than join a crowded bench.

• A genuine strategic grasp of AI, automation and agentic architecture.
• Native or business-fluent German plus fluent English.
• Take the senior enterprise architecture reins for the German market, with room to shape it.
• Enterprise-scale, cross-industry work across pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and more.
• Real ownership of governance and value, in a role that generates revenue, not documentation.
• Help decide how a market leader applies AI, rather than reacting to it.
