Flagstone is seeking a hands-on Engineering Lead with around 10 years' experience to run a squad with real autonomy. You’ll lead the Banks squad on the Bank Portal, the partner-facing application our banking partners use to view and act on their Flagstone relationship.

By the start date, the squad will have delivered the foundational rebuild, migrating banks off the legacy tool to full feature parity. You’ll pick up the next phase: building the commercial capability on top of that foundation and

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on leadership experience for an Engineering Lead.
• Approximately 10 years of engineering experience preferred.
• Experience leading squads with autonomy.
• Exposure to banking/financial tech is a plus.
