The projected salary is between €36,000 and €60,000 per year.

Consultant (f/m/x) Building Physics Engineer | Energy
You can expect the following:
- Participation in the development of energy-efficient, holistic and sustainable building projects
- Provision of planning and consulting services in the field of building physics in accordance with HOAI (German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers).
- Execution of thermal insulation and energy demand calculations as well as technical system simulations in accordance with GEG and DIN V 18599
- Analysis, design and evaluation of soundproofing and room acoustics measures
- Quality assurance of specialist planning services
- Technical consulting for clients, project teams and all planning stakeholders.
- Support with building certifications and life cycle analyses
- Preparation and support of grant applications (BAFA, KfW)
They bring with them:
- Degree in building physics, civil engineering or industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in energy-efficient construction, including thermal insulation as well as building and system simulation
- Knowledge of sound insulation, room acoustics, and solid and timber construction
- Experience in the planning and energy assessment of building services systems
- Proficient in the use of simulation, energy and BIM tools (e.g. IDA ICE, ZUB Helena, ZUB Argos)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, openness to new challenges
- Very good German and good English skills
