Zusammenfassung

Deutsche Aircraft GmbH in Weßling, Germany seeks an In-Service Engineering & Customer Support engineer to develop technical solutions for in‑service issues and operational challenges affecting aircraft systems. You will respond to Service Problem Reports from worldwide operators and provide timely engineering support to customers.

Responsibilities include investigating issues, coordinating corrective actions to ensure airworthiness, managing obsolescence, and preparing design documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• Experience in aerospace, preferably with EASA Part 21J and Dornier aircraft.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-disciplinary work.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with ownership.

Aufgaben

• Develop technical solutions for in-service issues and operational challenges affecting aircraft systems.

• Manage material and equipment obsolescence issues and identify suitable replacement solutions.
• Prepare specifications, drawings, engineering changes, and other design documentation.
• Support design modifications and product improvements throughout the aircraft lifecycle.
• Prepare and support Part 21 compliance documentation using applicable Means of Compliance (MoC 0-9).
• Ensure engineering activities comply with airworthiness, certification, and quality requirements.
• Support certification authorities and internal stakeholders during compliance demonstration activities.

You’ll bring this with you:
