In-Service Engineering & Customer Support
- Develop technical solutions for in-service issues and operational challenges affecting aircraft systems
- Respond to Service Problem Reports from worldwide operators and provide timely engineering support to customers
- Investigate technical issues and coordinate corrective actions to ensure continued airworthiness and customer satisfaction
- Manage material and equipment obsolescence issues and identify suitable replacement solutions
- Prepare specifications, drawings, engineering changes, and other type design documentation
- Support design modifications and product improvements throughout the aircraft lifecycle
Certification & Compliance
- Prepare and support Part 21 compliance documentation using applicable Means of Compliance (MoC 0-9)
- Ensure engineering activities comply with applicable airworthiness, certification, and quality requirements
- Support certification authorities and internal stakeholders during compliance demonstration activities
You’ll bring this with you:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related discipline
- Experience in the aerospace industry, preferably within an EASA Part 21J environment and with Dornier aircraft
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills with a practical, hands‑on approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently while taking ownership of responsibilities
- Well‑organized with strong prioritization and decision‑making abilities
- Creative mindset and commitment to delivering customer‑focused solutions
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
