Infineon Technologies is seeking an Engineer Automotive MOSFET Development to join our Research & Development team in Dresden. You will shape the future of automotive power semiconductors by merging creativity with technical expertise and driving innovative projects.

You will work on developing MOSFETs for automotive applications, evaluating hardware and data, and contributing to risk assessments and FMEAs within a dynamic technical team.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in electrical engineering or comparable field.
• Solid understanding of MOSFETs and their automotive applications.
• Knowledge of power semiconductors is a plus.

• Evaluate measurement data from first hardware in development projects.

• A degree in electrical engineering or a comparable course of study
• A basic technical understanding of MOSFETs
• Knowledge in power semiconductors and their applications is a plus
• Innovative, open mindset and eagerness to learn in a dynamic technical team environment
• Confident in using AI tools to work efficiently
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
