We seek a senior partner leader to drive growth in the EMEA region by recruiting, evaluating, and onboarding strategic partners across AI, CCaaS, GSI, and consultants; negotiating agreements; and guiding onboarding, enablement, and training to scale partner programs with input from legal and finance.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in partner management, business development, or alliances within CX industry.
• Strong background in partner contracts, commercial negotiations, and agreement management.
• Proven success building and scaling partner programs; located in EMEA.
