ADB SAFEGATE, based in Mannheim, seeks an Electrical Designer / Hardware Planner (m/f/d) to design circuit diagrams for transformer and control technology using EPLAN P8 and to develop customer-specific layouts for control cabinets.

You will manage bills of materials in SAP S/4HANA, collaborate across production and project teams, and enhance CAD templates with EPLAN and MS Visio in a dynamic, aviation-technology environment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering or comparable qualifications.
• Good knowledge of EPLAN or other CAD programs (ecscad, eXs).
• Structured, goal-oriented working style with strong teamwork.

Electrical Designer / Hardware Planner (m/f/d)

Contract type: Full-time, permanent position

Your responsibilities:

• Planning and creating circuit diagrams for transformer, regulator, and control technology using EPLAN P8
• Creating customer‑specific configuration drawings and layouts for control cabinets and control technology
• Creating, updating, and maintaining bills of materials and master data in SAP S/4HANA
• Making corrections to circuit diagrams in collaboration with production, project management, and site management
• Developing and optimizing CAD templates and libraries, especially EPLAN and MS Visio

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training, e.g. (m/f/d) Technical System Planner, Energy Systems Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or Electrician for Industrial Engineering, or comparable qualifications in the field of electrical engineering
• Good knowledge of EPLAN or other CAD programs, such as ecscad, eXs
• Structured and goal-oriented working style
• You have a strong technical understanding, analytical thinking, and are a team player who enjoys working on projects
• Very good German and good English skills
