Phorms Education Munich campus is hiring an Early Childhood educator for a part-time, on-site role. You will support and nurture children within a bilingual, internationally oriented environment, coordinating with parents and internal staff to promote holistic development.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Early Childhood and is fluent in English, with a willingness to achieve German language level B1.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or comparable qualification.
• Interest in working in early childhood.
• English at mother tongue level with willingness to reach German B1.

Aufgaben

• Support and foster children in their individual development according to our Early Childhood curriculum.
• Observe, assess and document the children’s learning journey.
• Cooperate closely with parents based on a professional parent–teacher partnership.
• Implement ideas and concepts by embracing your own interests and strengths.
• Collaborate with team colleagues in a respectful and supportive manner.

Bilingual teaching teams consisting of up to 3 qualified members of teaching staff in each group Support provided by further teaching and administrative staff (e.g. music and sports teachers) Age oriented groups with dedicated preschool classes Regular working hours and long-term shift plans that make it possible to plan private commitments safely Dedicated planning time – both on an individual basis as well as within the group, regular staff meetings during working hours Improving your German "on the job" with targeted language courses and by working in an international environment.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood or a comparable qualification, relevant work experience in that field would be beneficial
• Particular interest in working in the early childhood area
• English speakers at a mother tongue level with the willingness to achieve an advanced German language level (B1)
• Team players with passion and motivation to engage with the kindergarten community
• Keen to work in a bilingual and international work environment
