Zusammenfassung

Airswift is seeking an experienced E&I Supervisor for a major LNG project in Brunsbüttel, Germany. You will oversee electrical and instrumentation construction on site, ensure compliance with HSE procedures, and coordinate between construction, commissioning, and project management teams to support timely handover.

Ideal candidates have strong E&I supervision experience in oil & gas, LNG, or offshore assets, with familiarity with permit-to-work systems and safe work practices.

Qualifikationen

• Electrical, Instrumentation or Engineering qualification required.
• Proven E&I Supervisor experience in oil & gas/LNG projects.
• Strong site construction supervision during execution and commissioning.
• Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of permit-to-work and safe systems of work.
• Experience with LNG projects is highly desirable.
• Offshore oil & gas experience with UKCS is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

• Support mechanical completion, system handover, and commissioning activities
• Identify construction issues and implement corrective actions to maintain project progress
• Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and site coordination meetings
• Provide regular progress updates and reporting to construction leadership

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced E&I Supervisor to support a major LNG project in Brunsbüttel, Germany. Working as part of the site execution team, you will be responsible for supervising electrical and instrumentation activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, quality requirements, and construction schedules. This role requires a strong background in oil & gas projects, with previous experience on LNG facilities, major energy projects, or offshore assets highly desirable. Experience within the UK Continental Shelf (UKCS) is of particular interest.

Requirements

• Relevant Electrical, Instrumentation, or Engineering qualification
• Proven experience as an E&I Supervisor within oil & gas, LNG, petrochemical, or energy projects
• Strong site construction supervision experience during execution and commissioning phases
• Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary site teams
• Strong understanding of electrical and instrumentation installation, testing, and commissioning activities
• Familiarity with permit-to-work systems and safe systems of work
• Experience supporting mechanical completion and project handover activities
• Previous LNG project experience is highly desirable
• Offshore oil & gas experience within the UKCS is highly advantageous
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced construction environment
