UCB invites you to join a dual study program starting in Monheim am Rhein and Mannheim, combining on‑the‑job placements with academic study at DHBW Mannheim. You will rotate through HR, Finance, Marketing, Digitalisation, Market Access, Drug Safety, Medical and Quality departments.
The program runs for 6 semesters (3 years) starting around October/November 2027, with a hybrid‑first approach and 40% office presence. German language skills are essential and residence/work permits may apply.

Getting started in Monheim am Rhein : You will begin with a two‑month onboarding period before your academic studies begin, giving you the opportunity to get to know UCB, your colleagues, and your fellow dual students.
Alternating theory and practice: Every three months, you will alternate between academic phases at DHBW in Mannheim and practical placements at UCB in Monheim.
Program duration: 6 semesters (3 years)
Start of studies at DHBW: October or November 2027, depending on the degree programme
Your training plan will be tailored to your interests and strengths. You will gain insight into a range of business functions, including:
German language skills are essential, as most communication and teaching throughout the dual study program will be in German.
Applicants who are not German citizens and do not hold permanent residency must have a valid residence and work permit at the time of application.
