2coms is seeking an experienced Drill Rig Operator for construction and infrastructure projects in Germany. You will operate drilling rigs for foundation, piling and ground engineering, following project specs.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of hands-on experience, completed vocational training as a Construction or Drill Rig Operator, and proven leadership of a drilling crew.

You will ensure safety, perform basic maintenance, and document daily logs in line with HSE standards.

• Proven ability to lead a drilling crew and coordinate with site teams.
• Strong knowledge of drilling operations, equipment inspection and preventive maintenance.
