FedEx Express Deutschland GmbH sucht einen Dispatch Agenten zur Planung von Kurier-Routes und zur Koordination der Arbeitsverteilung. Sie unterstützen Kurierteams, überwachen den täglichen Lieferzyklus und kommunizieren mit Kunden, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Datenaktualisierung, Berichterstattung an das Management und die Optimierung von Stationen-Produktivität. Ein attraktives Vergütungspaket und Weiterbildungsangebote werden geboten.

Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung in der Koordination eines Teams in einem geschäftigen Transport- bzw. Dispatch-Umfeld von Vorteil.
• Gute Microsoft Office- und PC-Kenntnisse.
• Gute geografische Kenntnisse.
• Fokus auf Genauigkeit und Detailtreue.
• Bereitschaft, Probleme zu lösen, mit Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten.
• Fähigkeit, mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zu kommunizieren und sich abzustimmen.
• Eigenständiges Zeitmanagement im Team bei Drucksituationen.

Aufgaben

• Vorausplanung von Kurier-Routen und -Zeitplänen.
• Koordination der Arbeitsverteilung unter Kurieren, um operative Ziele der Station zu erreichen.
• Überwachung des täglichen Lieferzyklus und Aktualisierung der Systeme für korrekte Abläufe.
• Unterstützung der Kurierinnen/-en und Hilfe bei Problemen.
• Bei Bedarf Kontaktaufnahme mit Kunden zur Informationsbeschaffung oder Beratung.
• Meldung von Problemen an das Management und Erstellung von Berichten zur Produktivität und Volumen.

What you will be doing

• Preparing courier schedules and routes
• Coordinating the distribution of work amongst couriers helping them to achieve station's operational goals in the most efficient way
• Monitoring the daily delivery cycle, updating systems with accurate information to ensure correct execution of the daily pick-up and delivery assignments
• Providing support to the couriers and assisting them with issues resolution
• Contacting customers when needed to obtain additional information or advise on potential service-related issues
• Proactively reporting any issues that occurred during the daily delivery cycle to the management and compiling reports on station's productivity, volumes and performance

• Experience in co-ordinating a team in a busy transport and / or dispatch environment an advantage
• Good Microsoft Office & PC skills
• Good geographical knowledge
• Focused on accuracy and attention to detail
• Driven to solve problems while using planning and organizing skills
• Able to communicate and align with different stakeholders
• Ability to manage own and teams time effectively with attention to detail in a pressurised environment
