We are seeking a senior operations professional with a strong science background, extensive IRB experience, and a proven track record in hybrid work settings.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and high-impact project oversight.

Qualifikationen

• MS or higher in a basic science with 10+ years experience in specimen-based research operations.
• Demonstrated ability to write and execute IRB protocols and review project budgets.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

• Gather and track milestones across research projects with stakeholders to flag risks.
• Assist with design and drafting of research service agreements, IRB submissions, and project budgets.
• Support business development with due diligence of biobanks and creation of research protocols.
