Next Ventures is building a small, high-calibre strategy team to tackle complex strategic and transformation challenges in the insurance sector. As Director, you will work with executive leadership on high-impact initiatives spanning growth strategy, enterprise transformation, AI and digital, operating model design and value creation.

You will lead programmes from strategy to execution, shape relationships, develop people, and build a distinctive strategy capability with long-term ambitions.

Qualifikationen

• 5–12 years' experience within a leading strategy consultancy, corporate strategy function or another high-performance environment.
• Deep expertise in insurance and financial services.
• Familiarity with modern AI strategy.
• A strong track record delivering strategic transformation and influencing executive stakeholders.
• Outstanding analytical capability, commercial judgement and structured problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading high-performing teams.
• Fluency in English (German is advantageous).

We are looking for individuals who combine exceptional strategic thinking, commercial judgement and the ability to influence senior decision-makers on issues that shape businesses.

The team is intentionally selective. We recognise that the strongest candidates are typically successful in their current roles and not actively seeking a move.

The Opportunity

As Director, you will work directly with executive leadership on high-impact strategic initiatives spanning growth strategy, enterprise transformation, AI and digital, operating model design and value creation across the insurance sector.
