Zusammenfassung

LOOP is hiring a Digital Brand Designer to join our design team, taking brand and campaign work from rough ideas to finished, shippable assets across every touchpoint a modern brand lives on.

You’ll push concepts with typography, color and detail, and work closely with designers, strategists and developers. The role is based in Austria with offices in Salzburg, Vienna or Berlin and offers a 100% hybrid work model.

Qualifikationen

• Portfolio with real depth in brand and campaign design
• Own ideas to execution across touchpoints
• Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
• Ability to incorporate AI creatively in concept development
• Strong typography, composition, colour and detail
• Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, developers and project teams

We’re hiring a Digital Brand Designer to join our design team, and we’ll be direct about the bar: your work should make other designers look twice. Not just clean or competent — exceptional. If that’s your portfolio, keep reading.

You’ll take brand and campaign work from rough ideas to finished, shippable assets, from concepts and identity systems to campaign visuals and digital content across every touchpoint a modern brand lives on. Some days you’ll help set the design direction; most days you’ll be hands‑on in the work, pushing ideas and resolving every detail until it’s right.

• Lead With Your Portfolio : Show us a portfolio with real depth in brand and campaign design. We value the quality of your thinking and craft over titles or years of experience.
• Own Ideas to Execution: Take brand and campaign work from concept to finished, shippable assets across every touchpoint a modern brand lives on.
• Master Your Tools: Work confidently in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), motion, and prototyping workflows.
• Use AI Creatively: Generative AI is already part of your process — helping you explore concepts, develop visuals, and create stronger work.
• Push Creative Concepts: Turn ideas into bold, compelling visual solutions, combining strong creative instincts with a sharp eye for typography, composition, colour, and detail.
• Own Collaboration :Work closely with designers, strategists, developers, and project teams to align creativity, functionality, and brand strategy.

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 45,000.
