Zusammenfassung

Muse Group is seeking a highly experienced DevOps lead to maintain and scale production infrastructure. You will oversee Kubernetes clusters, automate deployments, and strengthen security across CI/CD pipelines. You will collaborate with product teams to deploy new features and build internal tooling to improve efficiency.

The role emphasizes production reliability, observability, and cross‑team mentoring, with a requirement for seniority and strong English reading ability.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years of DevOps experience demonstrated in production environments.
• Deep knowledge of Linux, networking, and security across cloud and on‑premise.
• Production Kubernetes clusters management, scaling, and troubleshooting.
• Secure CI/CD design, supply chain security, and vulnerability management.
• Experience with Ansible for provisioning and deployment.
• CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions; IaC with Terraform.
• Database experience with MySQL and Elasticsearch; strong monitoring with Grafana/Prometheus.
• Bash and Python scripting; able to read English technical docs (B1+).

• Ensure 99.9% uptime of Muse websites and services

• Design and maintain comprehensive infrastructure monitoring systems
• Assist product development teams with production deployments of new features
• Develop and maintain internal developer tooling and services
• Collaborate closely with engineers across product development teams

Требования

• Minimum 10 years of experience in DevOps
• Strong expertise in Linux administration and TCP/IP networking
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, including managing production clusters on physical servers, scaling, and troubleshooting
• Strong focus on application and infrastructure security, including secure CI/CD pipeline design and supply chain security, vulnerability management and dependency scanning, secure configuration of containers, clusters, and servers, web application security best practices, and infrastructure hardening and access control strategies
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible for automated provisioning and deployment
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines including Jenkins Pipelines and GitHub Actions, and deploying infrastructure as code using Terraform
• Strong database administration skills for MySQL, Elasticsearch, and similar systems
• Proficiency with monitoring and observability tools, especially Grafana, Prometheus, and cluster metrics visualization
• Proficiency in one or more scripting languages such as Bash and Python
• Comfortable reading technical documentation and collaborating in English with a B1+ level
• Strong soft skills for mentoring and assisting colleagues
• Nice to have: Experience with PHP projects and administering production applications, advanced Git usage including branching strategies and code reviews
