Projects include data centers, large public construction, residential, industrial, and commercial buildings, with a team of 9.

Qualifications

Requirements include a relevant higher education degree, at least 8 years of experience in structural design, leadership experience, and a class demanding qualification in concrete or steel structures. The role requires skills in guiding staff, understanding project economics, and contacts in the Pirkanmaa region or broader. Good Finnish language skills and presence at the Tampere office are essential. Preferred skills include leadership experience, diverse design expertise, BIM skills with Revit or Tekla, and innovative thinking.
