FIDENTIS GmbH in Munich invites a dental technician to join our deep-tech startup, acting as the central link between partner labs and our product. From the first case to scalable, high-quality outcomes, you will shape workflows and ensure success.

You bring hands-on dental lab experience, especially with telescopic dentures, and a solid grasp of CAD/CAM/digital dentistry. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering to turn lab feedback into product requirements.

What you will do

• Become the trusted sparring partner for dental technicians in our partner labs, working closely on shopfloor level and building strong, long‑term relationships
• Own customer onboarding and implementation, guiding labs through first cases and workflow integration
• Drive customer success by supporting case discussions and ensuring consistently high-quality outcomes
• Translate real‑world dental lab feedback into clear product requirements, working closely with our engineering
• Support production and quality control while defining scalable standards, workflows and delivery specifications

What you bring

• Dental technician (Master is a plus) with experience in telescopic dentures
• Strong understanding of digital dentistry and lab workflows (CAD/CAM, e.g. exocad)
• Strong communication skills with a genuine interest in working with people and building relationships with dental technicians
• Hands‑on mindset with a strong sense of ownership in a startup environment
• Structured, pragmatic approach with focus on quality, problem‑solving and continuous improvement
