Amazon Deutschland sucht Mitarbeiter (Schichtdienst) im Verteilzentrum in Schortens. Sie arbeiten an den Bändern der Lieferung, bereiten Pakete vor und unterstützen den täglichen Wareneingang. Sie nutzen Scanner und Drucker, sortieren Paletten und helfen beim Be- und Entladen.

Qualifikationen

• Gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englisch oder Arabisch sind willkommen
• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in Schichtdiensten
• Bereitschaft zur Einhaltung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien

Aufgaben

• Be- und Entladen der Lieferungen und Vorbereitung der Ware für die Auslieferung
• Verwendung von Scannern, Computern und Handheld-Druckern
• Aufbau, Verpackung, Sortieren und Transport von Paletten und Paketen
• Entgegennahme von Wareneingängen und Bereitstellung zur Auslieferung
• Liefernings- und Fördermittel sicher handhaben, Lasten bis 15 kg
• An Fahrtreppen/ Treppensteigen wo nötig arbeiten

Jobbeschreibung

Starting September 1st, our entry-level wage will increase to €16,43

Salary

16.43€ gross per hour for day time shifts

Guaranteed wage adjustment after 12 months (calculated 17.20€/h gross) and 24 months (calculated 18.87€/h gross)

Shifts

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with fixed shift schedules to suit different lifestyles. Shift options and availability vary by site, but you’ll have the ability to choose your schedule later in the process.

Full-time shifts (30+ hours/week):

• Early shift: 05:30 - 13:00
• Middle shift: 08:30 - 16:00
• Late shift: 15:00 - 22:30
• Night shift: 02:00 - 09:00

Part-time shifts (18+ hours/week):

• Early shift: 09:00 - 13:00
• Middle shift: 06:00 - 13:30, 09:30 - 13:30
• Late shift: 17:30 - 21:30
• Night shift: 02:00 - 09:30

Working week: Mon-Sat, 5 days, 2 Saturdays/month

Job Overview

You’ll be part of the dedicated Amazon team at the delivery station – the last stop before we deliver smiles to customers. You’ll load conveyor belts, and transport and stage deliveries to be picked up by drivers. Some of your duties may include

• Receive and prepare inventory for delivery
• Use technology like scanners, computers, and handheld printers
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages
• Receive truck deliveries of customer packages

You’ll also need to be able to

• Lift (products up to 15kg), stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around.
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles

Additional Requirements

Candidates must be 18 years or older and proficient in German, English, or Arabic, with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirement and safety guidelines.
