• Experience leading algorithmic work such as matching, ranking, optimization, allocation, quality modeling, or decision systems.
• Comfortable setting technical direction, influencing product strategy, partnering with engineering, and communicating complex trade-offs to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to grow into a formal people manager or operate as a people manager, with a track record of leading high-impact applied science work.
