As a Data Center Technician, you will be responsible for performing hardware‑related tasks across servers, switches, and infrastructure equipment. You will carry out component replacements (RAM, NVMe, cables, SFPs), conduct diagnostics, complete out‑of‑band (OOB) configurations, and manage physical layer activities. You will also ensure proper handling of power systems, circuit breaker management, and in‑rack equipment servicing. This role requires strong technical precision, strict adherence to safety practices, and excellent communication in both German and English.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Perform hardware troubleshooting on servers and network switches.
• Replace and upgrade components such as RAM (DIMM), NVMe drives, cables, and SFP modules.
• Configure servers (including setting EUI‑64 addresses) and complete OOB initial setups.
• Support on‑site activities such as racking, cabling, labeling, and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to data center power safety, circuit breaker standards, and operational SOPs.
• Travel frequently across Germany to support multi‑site data center operations.
