Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of data center or IT infrastructure experience.
• Strong cabling skills (Cat5e/6/6a, single-mode/multi-mode fiber).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in raised floor environments.
• Professional English communication.
• On-site work in Vreden, Germany required.
• Data center or network certifications preferred (CDCP/CDCS, CCNA, CompTIA Network+).

Aufgaben

• Perform hardware installations, decommissions, and migrations.
• Execute structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Conduct server racking, stacking, and labeling.
• Perform cross-connects and patch panel work.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues.
• Document all work with photos and detailed notes.
• Coordinate with remote NOC and client teams.
• Familiarity with DCIM and ticketing systems - preferred.
• Experience with major colocation providers - preferred.
• Use standard tools: screwdrivers, cable testers, label makers, fiber inspection equipment.
