Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is a leader in AI cloud infrastructure. This role focuses on tracking hardware assets throughout their lifecycle in our data centers and ensuring 100% accuracy from receipt to retirement.

Based in our San Jose office with a 4-days-per-week on-site presence, you will handle inbound/outbound asset management, inventory, moves, decommissions, and data structuring for large data sets.

Qualifikationen

• Defines and enforces asset tracking procedures across the hardware lifecycle.
• Manages data center asset lifecycle from receiving to retirement for core DC equipment.
• Performs daily inbound/outbound asset operations: cycle counts, RMAs, relocations, decommissions, inventory.

• Maintains records of receipts, moves, adds, changes, and decommissioning in the data center.
• Works with high volumes of unstructured data and creates appropriate data structures.

What You’ll Do

• You will ensure that every piece of hardware, from the moment it’s ordered to the day it’s decommissioned, is tracked with 100% accuracy
• Be responsible for data center asset lifecycle management: covering the entire process from receiving, deployment to retirement for all core DC equipment
• Conduct daily operations including inbound and outbound hardware asset management, cycle count, RMA, relocation, decommission, inventory management, etc
