Zusammenfassung

Varengold Bank AG sucht eine/n Data Analyst (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung der Schnittstelle von Fachbereichen und IT. Sie entwickeln Datenmodelle, erstellen Berichte und Dashboards und sichern die Datenqualität durch Tests.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Dateningenieuren und Entwicklern zusammen, übersetzen Geschäftsfragen in technische Anforderungen und nutzen dbt, SQL sowie relationale Datenbanken. Hybrid-Arbeitsmodell und attraktive Benefits warten.

Qualifikationen

• Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung als Data Analyst (m/f/d) oder in vergleichbarer Funktion
• Ausgezeichnete SQL-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit relationalen Datenbanken
• Erfahrung in Datenmodellierung, idealerweise mit dbt
• Starkes Verständnis davon, Geschäftsprobleme in technische Anforderungen zu übersetzen
• Erfahrung mit Jira und Confluence
• Grundkenntnisse in Python oder Java von Vorteil
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Vielfältigen

Aufgaben

• Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsbereichen zur Erhebung und Analyse datenbezogener IT-Anforderungen
• Durchführung von Datenanalysen und Erstellung von Berichten und Dashboards
• Entwicklung und Pflege von Datenmodellen, einschließlich dbt
• Entwerfen von Tests und Validierungsprozessen zur Gewährleistung korrekter Datenverarbeitung
• Beschreibung technischer Anforderungen und zugehöriger Datenstrukturen

• Collaborating with business departments to gather and analyze data-related IT requirements
• Conducting data analyses and designing reports and dashboards

YOUR PROFILE:

• Several years of experience as a Data Analyst (m/f/d) or in a comparable role
• Excellent SQL skills and experience with relational databases
• Experience in data modeling, ideally with dbt
• Strong understanding of translating business problems into technical requirements
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Basic knowledge of Python or Java is a plus
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Strong communication skills and a passion for collaborating with diverse
