Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Münster, TX to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers with questions, handle transactions at the cash register, and help keep the store clean, stocked, and secure.

The role requires the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods, with prior customer service experience preferred. This is a part-time position offering benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifikationen

• Previous customer service in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred

• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required
