Zusammenfassung

SCHOTT AG in Mainz is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead customer audits, coordinate CAPA plans, and perform root-cause analysis with cross-functional teams.

You will handle customer complaints, contribute to CRM data management, and ensure CAPA effectiveness reviews. A BSc/MSc in engineering or a related field and fluent English are required, with strong problem-solving and deviation handling skills. Hybrid work options are available.

Your Contribution

• Preparation, coordination, wrap-up and leading of customer audits, technical visits
• Follow up of customer audit findings, preparing CAPA plans, follow up of CAPA's internally
• Handling of customer complaints
• Active participation in Root Cause Analysis and coordinating of involvement of relevant departments
• Effectiveness reviews regarding CAPA's originating from customer claims or audits
• CRM data management, providing CRM related statistics

Your Profile

• BSc or MSc in the field of any engineering or nature science, quality management, food or pharmaceuticals
• Good command of English
• Deviation- and problem solving skills
