Natixis in Portugal is seeking a TransversalRisk Analyst for the Credit Risk Monitoring (CRM) team in an international setting (Paris/Charenton and Porto). You will contribute to data governance, risk data lifecycle controls, and regulatory compliance while driving automation and improvements in risk processes.

With 3+ years in a similar role, you will monitor rating frameworks, manage counterparty exposure limits, and support committees with clear, well-documented analyses.

Qualifikationen

• Over three years of experience in a similar role in credit risk management.
• Strong understanding of credit risk concepts, rating methodologies, and limit frameworks.
• Knowledge of Basel III/IV and CRR regulations.
• Experience with data governance, data quality controls, and data remediation.
• Ability to design and implement automated data processes and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Contribute to the performance of Natixis' Credit Riskdepartment as a TransversalRisk Analyst within the Credit Risk Monitoring (CRM) team. You will work within an international team (Paris/Charenton and Porto) with the followingobjectives:

• Data Governance & Quality: Control andoptimizethe credit risk data lifecycle (governance, controls, remediation).
• Regulatory and internal Compliance: Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Automation & Innovation: Develop and implement solutions for better datautilizationand enhanced risk processes.
• Committee Coordination: Lead andfacilitatecredit risk monitoring bodies.

You will play a key role in mastering credit risk, focusing onratingmonitoringand adhering to regulation and internal frameworks. Your missions will include:

You will contribute to sharing the risk culture with business teams.You will work in an international environment, within a community of experts who place excellence, impact, and collective action at the heart of everything they undertake.

You have more than three years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a credit risk management department, a bank, or a financial institution.

Key skills and experiences include:

• Strong understanding of credit risk concepts, including rating methodologies, counterparty risk, group exposures ("grappage"), and limit frameworks.
• Solid knowledge of banking regulations (e.g., Basel III/IV, CRR) related to credit risk and regulatory reporting.
• Experience inmanaging the credit risk data lifecycle, implementing controls, and performing data reconciliation/remediation.
• Proficiencyin data analysis toolsto support process automation and dashboard creation.
• The ability to effectively train, lead, and share complex concepts with the various teams at Natixis.Excellent oral and written communication skills.
