You want to deepen your knowledge from university and apply it practically in projects? Your studies are your main focus, but you also want to gain first professional experience and earn some money? Then a study-accompanying trainee program might be ideal for you.

Your way to Scalefree
This program for Business Intelligence & Data Warehousing lasts 6 months, with 10 hours per week, starting twice a year on 01.03. and 01.09., on-site in Cologne. You will receive a fixed salary of 556 euros. Applications are open year-round for the next start date.

Your mission
You will participate in a 6-month program combining theory and practical projects on-site in Cologne. Initial onboarding includes training on EDWs, Data Vault 2, AWS Foundational Trainings, and dbt, with opportunities for certification. The team phase focuses on DataLake, Data Vault 2, reporting, and dashboarding, where you'll collaborate on projects and present results. Successful completion awards a certificate from our internal Scalefree Academy and potential further employment opportunities.

What We Are Looking For

• Ongoing studies in business informatics, computer science, or similar
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL
• Some experience with an object-oriented programming language like Python, Java, or JavaScript
• Basic understanding of Data Warehousing, Data Analytics, Data Science, or Business Intelligence
• Good English and German skills are desirable
