Jobtailor seeks a senior Full-Stack Lead in Munich to advise clients on technical solutions while steering development projects. You will design architectures, implement backend with Java/Spring, and build frontend with React/Next.js, integrating REST/GraphQL services in an agile setting.

With 5+ years in full-stack delivery and 2+ years coordinating teams, you’ll mentor peers, drive best practices, and leverage CoreMedia or Magnolia CMS expertise to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to advise clients professionally and fairly to jointly deliver successful projects.

• At least 2 years of experience coordinating development projects, e.g., in a Tech Lead or Architect role.
• At least 5 years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on Java and Spring.
• Extensive knowledge of modern web technologies, including TypeScript and React.
• Expertise in a Java-based content management system, ideally CoreMedia or Magnolia.
• Preferred: expert-level experience in Java web application development.
• Experience using artificial intelligence for consulting and development as well as in customer solutions.
• Solid experience applying best practices for code quality, testing, and performance optimization in an agile context.
• Deep understanding of software architectures.
• Basic knowledge of infrastructure technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud services, CI/CD)
