You will design and build the control logic that keeps solar, BESS, and thermal generation assets operating safely and efficiently. Requirements

What You Bring:

• Experience in Rust, or strong proficiency in another systems language such as C/C++.
• Comfort with concurrent, real-time, programming close to the hardware layer.
• Knowledge of, or strong curiosity about control systems or power systems.
• Clear, proactive communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with industrial protocols (Modbus, CAN, M-Bus).
• Background in power systems, solar assets, battery energy storage systems (BESS) or similar.
