Zusammenfassung

VKK Standardkessel Köthen GmbH is seeking an experienced finance professional to support the financial accounting department in preparing monthly financial statements and annual budget planning. The ideal candidate will have a business studies background or commercial vocational training, 3+ years of experience, and proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems. • Supporting the financial accounting department with monthly financial statements.
• Collaboration in preparing intra-year forecasts and annual budget planning.
• Preparation of cost centre and cost unit evaluations.

Jobbeschreibung

Responsibilities

• Supporting the financial accounting department with the monthly financial statements
  (accrual and deferral postings) and monthly reporting
• Collaboration in the preparation of intra-year forecasts and annual budget planning
  incl. actual, forecast and plan analyses
• Preparation of cost centre and cost unit evaluations and variance analyses
• Monitoring of cost development as well as preparation and reporting of actual development
  in cooperation with the cost centre managers/project managers
• Carrying out target/actual checks at the end of the planning periods and preparing variance analyses, coordinating with the cost centre managers/project managers
• Creation of ad hoc analyses and evaluations

Qualifications

• Business studies with a focus on finance/controlling
  or commercial vocational training with further training as a controller (e.g. IHK, Controller Academy)
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a corresponding position
• Competent handling of MS Excel, as well as ERP knowledge (FI, CO, COPA)
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Methodical, analytical and structured way of thinking and working
